Product Details 14 Piece Yearly Plaque Program (W3YP12X15) You will receive (1) 12" x 15" master plaque, (12) 6" x 8" monthly plaques and (1) 7" x 9" year-end plaque. Each plaque is made with laser engraved brass plates mounted on black matte beveled wood base. At the end of each month, submit winner's name via e-mail or fax and you will receive 2 engraved plates: one for the master plaque and one for the monthly plaque (for the 12th month, submit year-end winners name also).
